POSTER DETAILS
The poster dimensions are 3’9″ high and 3’9″ wide.
Be sure to note these dimensions as you will not be permitted to extend into another presenter’s space.
Only thumbtacks can be used to mount posters. Material will be provided on the poster walls.
When presenting data and health information (including photos) all presenters must have informed consent compliant with human subjects and applicable regulations.
Posters should stimulate discussion, not give a long presentation. Therefore, keep text to a minimum, emphasize graphics and make sure every item is necessary.
Include the title of your presentation. The ICIS will not post the abstract titles on poster boards.
Text Layout: Avoid abbreviations, acronyms, and jargon. Use a consistent font throughout. It is recommended that authors use a 20-pt. font size; this makes the text legible from five feet away.
If you wish, you may include a QR code to a handout on the poster Please do not give away printed handouts to help the organizer to reduce the amount of paper at the congress. You may also wish to provide contact information on your poster.
Your headshot photograph on the poster may facilitate contacts during the congress.
For additional assistance in preparing your poster, there are a number of excellent resources available online. For more information, type “scientific poster preparation guidelines” into your internet search engine.
SCHEDULE FOR MOUNTING, DISPLAY AND REMOVAL
All presenters have been informed about their poster session allocation and details (poster presentation number, poster session, etc.) via email on September 23, 2025. In case you did not receive the email please contact the organizing office.
- Posters will be on display from 01:00 pm on Sunday, November 2 until 03:00 pm on Tuesday, November 4.
- Poster mounting: Sunday, November 2 as of 12:00 pm
- Poster removal: Tuesday, November 4, 03:00-03:30 pm
Please note that posters not removed until Tuesday, November 4, 03:00-03:30 pm will be taken down and will not be stored or sent to the authors after the meeting.
POSTER SESSION 1 (Group A): Sunday, November 2, 06:00 – 08:15 pm
POSTER SESSION 2 (Group B): Monday, November 3, 06:30 – 08:00 pm
POSTER SESSION 3 (Group C): Tuesday, November 4, 01:30 – 03:00 pm
Please note that the organizers cannot assume any liability for loss or damage of posters displayed in the poster area.

You must submit the order form with your print file by October 29, 2025 to receive the special rate of $124.14 post-tax for 45inx45in poster (approximate size and will be based on the size file you send). Posters will be ready to pick up on October 31, 2025.
