The doors will open this Thursday at 09:00 AM, (PST) and we encourage all registered participants to access the Lobby via your access code which will be coming soon by email, so you can familiarize yourself with the Virtual Meeting platform, check out the Virtual Exhibits, and plan your schedule.
Lightening Talks will be available on demand beginning this Saturday for all Lightening Talk sessions, we encourage participants to take some time to organize which Lightening Talks they want to participate in during the livestream, and to chat with the authors. Opening session begins at 09:00 AM (PST) this Sunday!
Those not in the US/European time zones may find the live stream schedule inconvenient. However, the content will all be available on-demand for two weeks following the livestream. The Society encourages participants in Australia and Asia to join together to hold “watch parties” with video chat discussions using the platform, in their own languages at a more convenient time (for more information, please contact Joan Oefner).
